Step 5 of 8 — Our Approach

Scheduled Servicing

Pest management isn't a one-off event. We schedule regular service visits at the right frequency for your site's risk profile — keeping your premises protected, your documentation current, and your compliance maintained year-round.

Overview

Scheduled servicing

Scheduled servicing is the backbone of a commercial pest management program. Rather than waiting for pests to appear and calling for a reactive treatment, scheduled visits ensure your premises is inspected, treated and monitored on a regular cycle — preventing problems before they start. The frequency of visits is determined by your risk assessment: higher-risk sites need more frequent servicing, lower-risk sites can be managed with fewer visits.

What scheduled servicing involves

Each scheduled visit includes a full inspection of your premises, checking monitoring devices, assessing any new pest activity, applying targeted treatments where needed, replenishing bait stations and monitoring devices, and updating your site documentation. It's not a quick spray-and-go — it's a comprehensive service that keeps your pest management program current and your premises protected between visits.

Why scheduled servicing matters

Pest problems don't develop overnight — they build over time. Regular scheduled visits catch activity early, before it becomes an infestation. They also maintain your compliance documentation, keep monitoring devices functional, and ensure that the conditions contributing to pest activity are addressed before they escalate. Without scheduled servicing, pest management becomes reactive — and reactive pest control is always more expensive and less effective.

How we schedule

Service frequency is risk-based. High-risk premises (food businesses, healthcare, aged care) typically require monthly servicing. Moderate-risk premises (retail, offices, strata) are usually quarterly. Lower-risk premises may be serviced biannually. We recommend the right frequency after your risk assessment — and we can adjust it over time as conditions change. All scheduled visits are arranged in advance and confirmed with your team.

What you receive

Every scheduled visit includes a full site inspection, monitoring device check and replenishment, targeted treatment where activity is found, updated risk assessment notes, a detailed site attendance report (findings, treatments, products, recommendations), and priority access to callouts between visits if needed. Your annual plan includes all scheduled visits — no surprise charges for routine servicing.

FAQ

Scheduled servicing — your questions answered

How often will you visit my premises?+

Visit frequency is based on your risk assessment. Food businesses, healthcare and high-risk sites typically receive monthly visits. Offices, retail and moderate-risk sites are usually quarterly. We'll recommend the right frequency after your assessment and can adjust it over time as conditions change.

What happens if I have a pest problem between scheduled visits?+

Commercial plan clients receive priority access to callouts between scheduled visits. If you experience pest activity between services, call us and we'll arrange a priority visit. Many plans include reduced or no callout fees for plan clients — we'll discuss the specifics of your plan.

Can I change my service frequency?+

Yes. If your circumstances change — a new pest pressure, a change in operations, a compliance requirement — we can adjust your service frequency up or down. We'll discuss any changes and update your plan accordingly.

Do you visit at the same time each visit?+

We schedule visits at times that work around your operations — which may mean early morning, after hours, or during low-traffic periods. We'll arrange a schedule that suits your business and confirm each visit in advance with your team.
