How much is a general pest treatment?+
A full General Pest Treatment is $165 for units, $195 for townhouses, $295 for a single storey home and $330 for a double storey/split level home. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.
Are your treatments safe for my family and pets?+
Yes. Universal uses the latest scientific treatments which are safer for babies, pets and your whole family. We'll advise on any re-entry times before treatment.
Do I need to leave my house during treatment?+
For most treatments we recommend vacating during application and drying time — usually a short period. Your technician will provide clear instructions for your specific treatment.
Are German cockroaches and ants really included?+
Yes — German cockroaches are included in the General Pest Treatment, and ants are included for internal coverage only. Active infestations can require follow-up treatments to interrupt the breeding cycle — follow-up visits are $165 per attendance. Fleas, pill bugs, crickets, booklice and springtails are priced as specialist treatments.
Is a termite inspection included in the general spray?+
No — but when you bundle a termite inspection with your General Pest Treatment it's discounted: from $195 (units/townhouses) or $240 (single/double storey) instead of $240–$295 standalone. Termite treatments start from $550 if activity is found.

Yes. Universal Pest Control offers a 100% guarantee on our services. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
How much is a pest management plan?+
Our annual Pest Management Plans start from $17.50/month for units and townhouses, $25/month for a single storey home ($295 upfront) and $29.50/month for a double storey home ($330 upfront). A 12-month minimum applies. Every plan includes an annual general pest treatment, priority service, 10% off specialist treatments, and emergency callouts at $110 per attendance. Termite inspection and rodent & mice coverage add-ons are available.

Do you service commercial properties?+
Yes. We design Integrated Pest Management programs for restaurants, cafes, retail, offices, warehouses, strata, schools and accommodation — with scheduled servicing, detailed reporting and compliance documentation. Commercial plans start from $120/month.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa and Mastercard (1.99% surcharge), cash, bank transfer, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Certegy Ezi-Pay, BBX and Bartercard. Commercial accounts can apply for 7, 14 or 30-day terms.
How often should I get a pest treatment?+
For most homes, an annual general pest treatment keeps pests under control year-round. Higher-pressure properties may benefit from treatments every 6 months. Our Pest Management Plans include scheduled annual treatments plus priority callouts.
What if my pest problem comes back after treatment?+
Most general pest treatments are a single visit, but active infestations of ants and German cockroaches can need a follow-up at $165 per attendance. If you're on a Pest Management Plan, callouts between scheduled visits are just $110. Call us anytime and we'll sort it out.
