How much do I earn per referral?
You earn $25 for every referral that converts into a paid treatment with Universal Pest Control — and your friend receives $25 off their service.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. You can submit as many referrals as you like, and you'll earn $25 for each one that converts into a paid treatment.
How do I get paid?
Once your referral's treatment is completed and paid for, we'll contact you to arrange your $25 incentive — typically via bank transfer or account credit.
Does my friend get a discount too?
Yes. Every referral who goes ahead with a paid treatment receives $25 off their service, on top of the $25 incentive paid to you.
What if my referral doesn't go ahead?
Neither the incentive nor the discount applies until a referral converts into a paid treatment. Incomplete or invalid referrals don't qualify.
How will I know when my referral converts?
We'll contact you when your referral's treatment is completed and paid for to arrange your $25 incentive. You can also reach out anytime to check the status of your referrals.
Can I refer someone who lives outside your service area?
We service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, Maitland and Port Stephens. Referrals outside these areas can't be serviced by us, so they wouldn't qualify. Call 02 4954 3838 if you're unsure whether your referral is in our area.
What information do I need to provide about my referral?
You'll need their name, phone number and email address. You can also include their suburb, the pest they're concerned about, and an optional message — the more we know, the better we can help them.
Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No. You can submit a single referral or as many as you like in one go. There's no minimum and no cap — refer one person or refer fifty, it's entirely up to you.
How long does a referral take to convert?
It depends on when your referral goes ahead with a paid treatment. Some convert quickly; others may take time. Your $25 incentive is paid once their treatment is completed and paid for.
Can businesses participate in the referral program?
Yes. Anyone can refer — homeowners, tenants, business owners, property managers. As long as the referral converts into a paid treatment within our service area, you earn $25.
What if my referral already has a booking with Universal?
Referrals need to be new to Universal to qualify. If they've already booked or are an existing customer, the referral won't qualify for the incentive. Talk to us if you're unsure.
