Your annual general pest treatment covers 14 common household pests including cockroaches, ants (internal coverage only), spiders, silverfish, earwigs, millipedes and more. Specialist pests like termites, rodents, bees, wasps, fleas and bed bugs are excluded but receive 10% off any treatment.
How much are emergency callouts on the plan?+
Emergency callouts between scheduled services are billed at just $110 per site attendance — versus $165 pay-as-you-go. That's $55 saved per callout, plus priority access.
Can I add a termite inspection to this plan?+
Yes. An annual Termite Inspection + Report can be added to the Townhouse Plan for $17.5/month. It's a cost-effective way to stay on top of termite risk alongside your general pest protection.
Can I add rodent coverage to this plan?+
Yes. Rodent & Mice Coverage can be added for $21/month, which includes 2 heavy-duty, pet-resistant bait stations plus quarterly monitoring and bait resupply. There's a one-off $40 upfront installation cost per bait station.
How often do you visit on the plan?+
Your plan includes at least one scheduled general pest treatment per year. If pests return between scheduled visits, you receive priority callouts at the reduced plan rate of $110 per attendance.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
